Experience shooting the historic rifles of WW2. Russ has put together range days using combinations of authentic rifles fielded by the Axis and Allied forces in various years and campaigns of WW2 from his own collection.
Firing these rifles gives one a feeling of history - And, you'll find that they shoot very well. These Range Days With Russ sessions include an orientation on the operation and safe use of each rifle and carbine, a history lesson and firing modern ammunition at the range.
Winter War Rifles - Finnish M1891 Rifle, Finnish M28 Rifle, Italian M38SR, Russian M1891 Rifle, M91/30 Rifle, M38 Carbine - All 7.62 x 54r cartridges.
Desert War Rifles - British SMLE Rifle, German K98 Mauser Rifle, Italian M38 Carcano Carbine, M41 Carcano Rifle - .303 British, 7.92x57 Mauser, 6.5x51 Carcano cartridges.
Pacific War Rifles - US 1903A3 Rifle, M1 Garand Rifle, M1 Carbine, Japanese Type 38 Arisaka Rifle & Type 99 Arisaka Rifle, British SMLE Rifle - .30-06, .30 Carbine, 6.5x50 Arisaka and 7.7x58 Arisaka cartridges.
Eastern Front Rifles - Russian M91-30 Rifle & M38 Carbine, German M98 Mauser Rifle, Italian M38SR Rifle

"Range Days With Russ" includes use of rifles, 140 rounds ammunition, targets, range fees, eye and ear protection. Additional rounds may be requested for an additional fee in advance of session. These sessions typically last 4 hours.
